The effects of injected testosterone dose and age on the conversion of testosterone to estradiol and dihydrotestosterone in young and older men. – PubMed – NCBI

Thought I posted this in this thread. Must have been a different one…

    Nutrition-training.

It really is that simple. Don’t depend on AAS to get you ripped.

    Ridiculous statement from a doctor.
    How’s your Hematocrit level Baldur?
Still no doubt you can titrate back a little, especially with the numbers posted. Don’t get caught up in the mindset that more is better or you just have to have a certain amount to feel good. It’s usually not the case.

If the other posts did not make sense then it’s a comprehension problem. What you’re planning on doing is the Scally PCT Protocol. BTW, I believe he even agrees with HCG on cycle now…

You say E2. Did he test standard estradiol or was it an estrogen sensitive assay?

Which is absolutely ridiculous isn’t it? There’s no required training for other esters of testosterone !

Primary hypogonadism is a physical problem with the testes not producing enough test. Secondary hypogonadism is problem with the secretion of LH/FSH in the pituitary that triggers the production of test in the testes. Either can present the same symptoms of lower testosterone . If you have primary hypogonadism with normal LH/FSH secretion, then you can take all the HCG in the world and it won’t make a difference. If you have secondary hypogonadism, then taking HCG will further suppress your brain from creating LH (and consequently testosterone). If you have a little of both, HCG may stimulate the testes to produce more test, but at the same time will be suppressing the natural production of LH, which will be down-regulated until you discontinue HCG. At that point your pituitary will need to recover.

It’s a question of what needs to recover more, and which takes longer to recover, the testes or the pituitary? I’m not sure I know the answer to that or if there is a standard answer.

Personally, trying to H10 a life of on cycle/off cycle while coming completely off of steroids was not worth it for me, so I opted to wait until I got on permanently (blast/cruise/trt).

    Well said.

Let’s not forget that cosmetically speaking you can "see" results at a lower body-fat level. It’s always a plus IMHO.
