I’m not in any rush to have the doctor put me on trt. My natural level is only 480 so another 5 years and it’ll be gone too. I don’t know what my point is here just enjoying the thread and tossing in my two cents.

Have you guys considered low dose daily Cialis? Possibly in conjunction with low dose Doxazosin? That combo has done wonders for many guys:

If that fails take a look into Trimix.

DHT’s block nutrients that feed your hair. It’s more complicated than that but that really sums it up. Just depends how prone you are..

The op would probably be just fine using the KISS method and taking .5 on M-W-F and skipping weekends. I say this as otherwise you’ll no doubt have several "oh shit" moments of "did I take my dex yesterday or not?" Happens to the best of us.

I’ll check back later when I figure out the fertilizer question…..

Consider posting your diet related questions in the Nutrition Forum. Let the Vets in there give it a look.

Are you taking any liver support such as NAC? If not do so at 3600 mgs for now.
Also, know that it’s not unusual for working out to raise liver values to supraphysiologic levels for a week or so. Read this:

    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2291230/

Not saying that’s "the" culprit in your specific case but odds are it’s playing a part.

Ok. Main thing is to pull BW routinely to stay healthy. Things change as we age and what works now may not a year from now.

Because the side effects of high estrogen can be very damaging. Think bad for lipids, stroke / blood clotting issues, libido, etc.

Do you have BW to show higher than normal E2 pre-cycle?
You’ll be just fine with Anavar at 50 mgs for your first run with it. Agree it’s mild on the liver but more is not necessarily better.
Yes, you can inject once per week but the benefit to twice weekly injections is less of a turnover to estrogen as well as more stable serum levels, even after they are dramatically elevated. Not to mention simply pushing less volume.
Agree with Trap that SQ shots are as painless as it gets. Or just inject it with your test injection.

You’re over-complicating this. At 400 mgs pw you were running .5 mgs adex M-W-F, which is arguably enough for a 750mg pw cycle. Now you don’t want to take any AI until you notice side effects? You’re putting your seat belt on "after" the accident.

Keep it simple and run .25 x 2 either the day of or after you inject. You’ll be fine, just be consistent and realize that when hormones are "in flux" libido will change. It’s normal.

I don’t think there’s anything I don’t know yet which might make me regret that decision. I fully know what I got myself into.

But I have to agree that most people my age are freakin kids, who may think of taking steroids for all the wrong reasons. They view life as an obstacle course between 2 weekends, and taking steroids for them is just another drug to make that weekend a little better. That’s not me. I think I know myself, and I trust myself. Some people may doubt that, they’re entitled to their opinion.

Best line I’ve heard in a long time!

Marcus’ answer sums it up for me. Anything else is redundant.

Yes. I’m stating that most guys simply don’t ever need over that amount of Tren -A per week.
