    I did the same thing except I had about 5-6 years of solid training under my belt but also a long period of only semi regular workouts (broke my back re-hitting my deadlift PR). My first cycle started about 6 months into regular training and at week 4 when the 750mg test kicked in everything just felt so light….and I had some sort of euphoric feeling as well….so I just kept going up and then boom…tore my rhomboid and messed up my shoulder a bit. Now 4 months of drugs and physical therapy later and I’m almost healed up. I did legs yesterday and will be doing arms today (second arms workout since it happened) and depending on how much it hurts to do push movements I might try to hit chest this Wednesday.

    If you’re not completely solid AND mature/controlled then don’t cycle. Even if you possess those traits you still run the risk of injury.

    I’m 6’2 195 and eat a little over 4,000 calories a day….all clean not good tasting food.

    Over 16oz 93% lean ground beef
    20 oz egg whites
    Over 16oz dark_sidecken breast
    2 protein shakes
    24-36 oz skim milk
    Over 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles
    Lots of Ezekiel bread
    1-2 oz raw almonds/cashews

    This is just a portion of what I eat in one day…and all of it is raw/organic…..

    I’ll never understand how people think they know what they’re talking about when it comes to diet…..when people at work ask me what I do to get so big (I’m not big by this sites standards by any means but I’m much larger than your normal guy) I tell them that I EAT and EAT and EAT again.

    They all say that they eat a ton, then I explain to them how my pre+post workout meal is about 2000 calories, and that I eat 5 more meals after that throughout the day….none of which is processed junk.

    Keep in mind OP, FOOD makes you grow, and if you don’t measure everything you eat or know what maBambs are/ nutrient timings then you’re not even ready to start reading about AAS.

    Blanket statements like this aren’t really helpful…my friend is 172 6% bf cutting for his first comp in 11 weeks and eats over 3500 calories a day, more on lift days…

    Dude if your dick is that small just move to Asia, then you can be average.

    Problem solved

    Do a good 4-6 months of PT, and take that time to read up on AAS. After 4-6 months post here with your progress and reevaluate your situation. The key here is patience.

    I did 5 years of PT for my back along with multiple minor surgeries and lots of painful shots before I got back in the gym (still lots of pain though). Now I’m on my first of what I hope to be many cycles and I am enjoying the hell out of it.

    Will steroids help you with this? They can. But it’s really about your diet….so I guess the answer is: food makes your dick bigger.

    You should really do a lot more research before you start…I can tell I probably knew 100x more about AAS than you when I started my first cycle and still many of the veterans didn’t feel like I was ready. Start by reading all of the sticky threads in this sub forum. Feel free to ask specific questions here. Good luck!
