    I train 5x a week off cycle and 6-7 on. I know my body pretty well and if I’m feeling depleted or more sore than I should be, I take a day off. Of just run a 5K and call it a day. I find it hard to over train on AAS if you’re eating right

    Four weeks is standard unless your cycles are much longer or harsher.
    Tren and Deca , being 19-nor steroids , require an extra prolactin control while on cycle, however they do not warrant any extra ancillaries in PCT

    My first cycle was with sust and I found that injecting one ml (250mg) every 3 days worked very well for me!
    That’ll put you at a 10-12 wk cycle of it (not gonna do the math) with what you’ve got. And even then it’s a bit long. I liked mine at 8wks. 10tops. But I’m a fan of shorter cycles anyway.
    You probably have more Deca than you need for the cycle.
    With the short esters in the sust I wouldn’t mess with the prop either

    That’s what I would do. And you can run the 2wk on 2wk off protocol 2-3 times before I would suggest taking more time off.

    Look into Keto from works through and "clean them". Therefore eliminating the need to take time off after 2wks. You can run it at a lower dose for 3-4 weeks for better results. You can easily strip 2-3% body fat off

    From what I’ve seen is it is generally done in a pyramid fashion similar to clen . Start at 50 for 2 days 75 for 2 days then cruise at 100 for as long as needed. Maybe ramp it down in similar fashion? Not too sure. But that way you get a feel for it before you pop the full dose.
    Also, YES you should only take it while on AAS. I have read that it burns muscle if not. I’m including T3 in my next cycle so I have not used personally, however I’ve done my research

    Also Krugerr is right, as usual lol. It’s not a "u" it’s the Greek symbol for mu. Which looks like a u with a small tail on the front. It means mcg

    I’m on tren now, cardio is hurting, sleep is down to 4-5hrs a night (0some nights), 1/2 the time I wake up in a puddle of sweat… The sides suck and I’m at 450mg/wk of tren A
    That being said, I don’t think I will ever cut without tren again! Save for never having tried Deca to bulk, I may use tren in every cycle. It’s a great compound if ou can handle the sides!
    Primo you’ll love, although I’ve never used, but it is very expensive and is generally run for a longer time

    That looks fine, although I would start at 40 and get a few more days in at 140 if you can handle it. But correct, no taper down is needed

    You can always stop when you want to and maintain pretty well with proper diet and training… That being said if you love the gains and are into the world of AAS in the first place. Who in the hell would want to stop at one cycle lol

    You’ll be fine if its a few or once a week. I went through some bullshit and drank a pint of whiskey a night for a week and a half while cycling a few months ago. It won’t kill ya other than make you have a crap workout or screw with your water retention / body fat. Haven’t drank since I wouldn’t suggest it

    I take my clen upon waking and my PWO (3 scoops Jack3d) less than two hours later at the gym. It all depends on how tolerant you are of stimulants
    I don’t get cramps all I take is 1G of taurine daily. I’m fine when I don’t take it even, just a precaution
