    The banner at the top of the page is the best place for you to start. Take as directed. If you stack(meaning more than one, like add the deca to the test 600) it might yield better results.

    Introduce me to anyone doing Squats 3x per week and i’ll show you a person that can’t even spell "squat."

    Thanks for posting the mini-encyclopedia. I didn’t read it either cause i can tell you from personal experience, i do negative reps on occasion. I will be incorporating them next week as a matter of fact, and they do nothing but help. Love em.

    No, something else is off here. You actually count the seconds when you inject? There’s no way a injection should take any longer than 4-8 seconds. Your hand is moving around too much. Besides the fact that it’s moving around for that long of time. Man up and inject. Drop the plunger like doc’s and nurses do. you’ll be ok.

    In regards to cutting or bulking it has no effect on what kind of Test you use, they’re the same. The only thing that changes your cycle into a bulk or cut is the way you eat on cycle, not what kind of Test you’re using.

    Maybe it’s cause of my age, or the number of cycles under my belt, but 6 weeks is just getting started for me on short esters. 8-10 weeks short esters, and i like nice long, long estered cycles. haha..

    Terrible idea. Not only the deca only part, but no PCT? Those young cats are going to learn the hard way.

    Stay here and do your research and learn how to do things the right way.

    It’s amazing the amount of people that workout and have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. You’d think they’d study a little bit before they opened their mouths.

    Post your diet. We’ll take a look at it but you’d probably be better off posting it in the Nutrition Forum as that section is dedicated to specific diets. You’ll definetely get more responses over there.

    Yeah, you’re ok. Just the gear. Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it probably won’t go away as much as you’ll get used to it.

    I like your second option.

    but i would do something like this.

    Prop-150mgs 1-10
    Win-50mgs 4-10

    I’ve ran it longer than the prop before but anymore i like to end things on or before the test.

    Welcome…Wherever you went and got that cycle please delete from browsing history and bookmark this site. Then we need to work on training a bit. Looks like you’re doing a bit much on the chest/delts. And at 20 years old you are still a bit young to be shutting yourself down.
    Diet is the key and i feel for you living out of a motel room. I did it for 2 years remodeling red roof inns. Freakin sucked! so this needs to be addressed as well. Without a good diet it will be very difficult to make quality gains. And i know cooking is limited in a motel as to what they will allow. So might have to break the rules a bit cause going out 4 times a day will get expensive.

    Post your diet and let’s get to work on that first. andit wouldn’t hurt to post it in the Nutrition Section as well. Those guys and girls are experts at getting diets tweaked.

    D-bol only is a bad idea. Read all the Stickies and Educational Threads here. Lots of info here. Enjoy.
