    I never really bulk as I am still slowly building muscle while cutting fat (I was at 36% early last year). But even when I am eating 2500 calories a day it seems like I am always eating something.

    Oops, time to go eat oatmeal.

    Eggs for breakfast. Fish for dinner. I eat 6 – 8oz of dark_sidecken for a lot of meals. One or two protein shakes a day (one post workout for sure). The occasional can of tuna. Almonds for protein and fat.

    Throw in some oatmeal, brown rice, veggies and some fruit and I am set!

    It is true that ultimately you will make your own decision regarding the use of steroids . And if you ignore the advice given here, it will be a bad decision.

    Yeah, I have been through that part as well. Lost 75 pounds once and developed an eating disorder. Got down to 160 and everything hung off me.

    Just remember that time passes quickly and if you start building now, it will add up fast.

    I will leave this sort of advices to someone more knowledgable, but can you give us more info on your heart attack and what the doctor thinks caused it?

    How is it connected to AAS use?

    Was your blood pressure through the roof before it happened?

    What compounds and doses were you taking?

    I am not posting to doubt or slam you in any way. This is something that we should all be concerned about and I am hoping you can share some details.

    I would keep it natural for a while. Let your body get used to pushing a load again.

    I was out of the gym for seven years with a back injury and lost a ton of muscle. Plus, my body fat was up to 36%. I was finally able to get back to the gym at the beginning of last year and the muscle came back much faster than I expected. I attribute it to muscle memory…but I have no idea if I am right, or if "muscle memory" is even a real thing.

    Hang in there. It will come back.

    Here is the skinny on why it isn’t possible to do something that isn’t "too strong." Any amount of testosterone you take will shut down your body’s natural production. Even a small dose will shut you down. For example, even 200mg/wk of Test Cyp will shut you down as quickly as two weeks.

    Shutting down your natural production is one of the big dangers for people under 25 because their system is probably not fully developed yet.

    Definitely read the link above about youth and steroid use so you have a full understanding of the mechanics.
