    Not that I disapprove because I don’t know your exact situation but for me it’s never the kids fault it’s the way they are brought up IMO being a father myself my sons attitude and manners are a reflection on his up bringing. If kids go the wrong way it’s up to the parents to reel them back in.

    OP I am glad you have sorted your life, my rant yesterday was purely because some if the comments you made hit a nerve, purely personal, so for that reason I do apologise

    I’m sorry I’m a bit baffled by this story just to elaborate;

    You were 130 lbs before you started cycling
    You had no training experience
    You were SUICIDAL!

    After these factors you thought why not inject some gear and go to the gym!

    You divorced you wife because of the kids and you thought you could do better now correct?

    Sorry but this sounds like a horror story to me and I can’t understand why everyone is congratulating you. Just my opinion but you shouldn’t be bragging about your life it sounds pathetic. Sorry if I’ve misread this joke of a thread!

    You should hit the nutrition section and get that diet tuned. Get your body fat down to 15% or less before cycling. That’s the safest route to go bud

I’m 40 years old 5’8" 271 lbs. been hittin weight for 28 years and think I’ve grown to my genetic potential because building 20" arms hasn’t been easy.im not bragging just proud!
    I know I’m a big boy and tend to carry weight in the belly area but in the gym,I’m an animal and will do what it takes to get where I wanna be.Guys,I’m desperate for help.Any and all would be appreciated.Thanks!

    First off hello,

    Right the reason people say test only on a first cycle is so you can see how your body reacts to it. If you get any problems with test and deca you will not know which one is causing the problems

    5’8 and 271lbs, in guessing your body fat % is pretty high which adds to further complications when cycling. There is a great thread on it round here. What is your body fat%?

Just take it easy, forget this "Rush Fit" stuff. Get your diet in check and walk daily for a while.

    Completely agree ^^^^^^ you need to take your time and get your mind as well as your body back up to speed. Good luck

    2 weeks is nothing in the larger scheme of weight loss. Give your diet and cardio chance to work. Don’t give up at the first hurdle and don’t think steroids will do the work for you
