    PS: I would check ASAP so you could do some possible planning. Plans change but good to have goals with everything. No much to have is checked, easy to do and you’ll know if it’s still possible. It would be harder to handle both by you and your wife it the time comes and then you find out when she and you are ready and phsiced to have kids.Good luck …paul74

    I disagree with the statement that muscle soreness has nothing to do with muscle growth. B*LL SH*T. I’m sure we all are above me writing a dissertation on TrueMaxding 101 and how the body promotes muscle growth through exercise. Putting it simply without all he details of the rest , diet, training details a muscle will get larger n stronger by a process of repair and necessity. By straining the muscle we cause tissue damage, thus pain. So the body mends it self. Then we keep increasing the load and the body starts to grow more tissue (mass) to be able to consistently handle the increased load. We do it again and again. More damage (pain) more healing, more load more building (growth) and all the time getting sore from the tama. The people that train with little frequency and intensity do not grow much muscle mass and strength. Really It’s a very simple if you understand very basic principals of muscle growth. If on a cycle I would be stupid to not train like a MF er and stay sore as long as I know I am getting enough time for recover and before atrophy.

    Also take note of my use of the word consistently . When I said that if the load is increased consistently the muscle will need more and more fibers. This shows that the workouts will have to be CONSISTENT and frequent or the body just has no call for growth……… Wow…..NOT SO paul74

    I have no health problems to date. I’m on as we speak. I never really go off, I had one year break at 22 when I was broke.

    With all that taken in I can tell you I still would have waited if I knew what I knew now. My diet and knowledge now is 150% better than it was back then. I should have St07ed on that more and always advise people to do the same.

    How old are you now? Do you come off at all for a few weeks? Also how long have you been doing that? I’m just curious. I have three kids and four grand kids. I have a vas when in my 30’s.     Hey I just got back from the gym I used 60 mcg at about 1:30 and I started my workout at 2:20. It worked good. I just felt good, with normal energy. I’ve been dragging and could hardly get to my workouts. Today was much, much better. So It worked at 60mcg and I think I could use 80mcg. I’ll get back on this tomorrow. Thanks guys. …paul74

    Very, very good discussion and your input both "MuscleInk and lifeofdefiance" right on. Do you guys also weigh in the lack of maturity of the joints. You all know the guy’s strength is going to increase faster than the other body parts and bones can handle. Being an ectomorph even in my late twenties and early 30’s I grew faster than my thin/skinny bones and joints could handle and suffered some complications. Tendonitis, knee and shoulder damage, because I was lifting way to heavy for what my body was used to all my life. So in my OP that is also a consideration and maybe an important one. Who, when on cycle will not go for it every time they can. You know how excited, and energized a person can get on cycle at any age. This has been my true life experience. …paul74

    Ok how do I ask this a different way. If I had some speed I would use that. but I’m a drug addict. Really I wouldn’t use speed it would kill me.
    So I re-post the question. I only need a boost, pre-workout boost, energy for my workouts. I am tired all the time. I have investigated everything in RE: BW.

    Well well well. two weeks ago I pinned test 450 mg/ml in one and pip was just horrible the next day, and on and on. I started a thread on infection or injection of bad gear. Final conclusion was , didn’t find for sure an infection but I am on anti-biotics. It took 5-6 days to get bearable. The next week I lowered the test to 225 mg/1/2 ml mixed with 1ml of Deca 200 mg. Nothing bad happened at all. No pip. …paul74

    I also do my cardio and my abs everyday if I can. You will find as he said all variations and what works for one might not work for someone else that stands to reason. So after a few months and years everyone finds what works best. The important thing (for me) is to work each muscle, each group, twice in a 6 day week. Always having one (1) day of complete rest for my overall recovery. It was like that when I was young. When I didn’t take the day complete off once a week I would be over training (for me) and get to fatigued. I would even loose my appetite and energy. Then never getting back to hard intense workouts.

    I’ve been fortunate that my life and my career n work n family always lent itself to me being totally worn out at the end of my training sessions…mike

    My experience: I love Winstrol . I’ve got arthritis so I take care of my joints with other supplements. Nothing will lean you out but cardio and diet. Just like now and in my past shows. Winstrol kept me hard and vascular. The rest was what they said and what I just reiterated. For me I would do the test prop with the Winstrol, get the diet right ask for help with that, not me, and train a hard. I would take your routine and add reps, and reps, drop sets and burn, burn, burn . promote sweating and you will get the water and fat % down.     Hi, Winstrol is like them all you can inject in any muscle. Winstrol V is the same as Winstrol. The V stands for veterinary and the difference I was told was the PH.
    Back in 80’s all I got was the white water based Winstrol V straight from the Pharm. co. ordered for me by a Vet doctor. I always did 100mg ED and it was great stuff. .…paul74
