Training goals need to be realistic. I think the op wrote up a killer work out. The question is if he can recuperate enough to make it beneficial. If he has a physical job then he is really going to be put to task. For me one muscle group trained once a week is fine…..gear or no gear. Remember, you grow outside of the gym.- November 10, 2020 at 1:31 am

You have decent amount of prop but I think I would either frontload or backload the prop and acquire more sus.So you are starting a cycle running that pint oh Hgh and your shoulder is killing you?Originally Posted by AmbAI first noticed my shoulder pain when I playing fetch with my dog but it was very mild and I didn’t gave it any thought. Then started working out more often and had pain when doing shoulder press and had clicking sound. Now I get pain when I’m doing bench and even just doing small movements like readark_sideng for something or putting my hand behind my back to put a belt on, etc. I went to the doc, he said it’s probably not your rotator cuff, just msybe some inflammation, so he prescribed me Meloxicam and I kinda noticed a little less pain but once I start doing dips or go heavy on bench, it comes back just as bad. When I was doing cycle I had no pain whatsoever. I heard Decca helps but hgh is best for fixing injuries.I have ran plenty of Hgh and it won’t fix anything that truly needs any type of surgical attention. How is your diet, getting enough good fats? Do you bench wide? A lot of your pain could be caused by what you are doing, more important to find the cause then mask it with meds. It is important for you to really analyze what you are doing. Your diet, technique I’m the gym. Stay away from heavy weight and go into maintenance mode for a bit in order to heal up and make some changes .

Now whether I’ll decide to inject proviron and pop a serm while running AI’s……is yet to be seen Haha kidding. Kind of. I’ll just be looking into it further for sure.A lot of protocols we follow are from what Kel described and what the top doctors on the field are doing ATM. Not to make light of your research or if there is any credibility in it but it most likely would have become mainstream and currently used.

That should be ok, you are a Tad light but in the ballpark. The less atrophy the better on terms of recovery.

After those two runs, I started using Prami. Nothing – never went back, it’s not bad. But, quite noticeably dif. I can’t see it being anything else since the tren cycle with caber is when this began.
I had the same experience …..took forever to bust one. I didn’t think much of it at the time and certainly didn’t tie it to the cab.

It is true that if you control your e2 you won’t have any issues but my sides tend to creep up on me usually late cycle. If I run my AI at .25 eod I feel fine but I most likely will get some sides late in the cycle ….. Switch my AI to .50 eod and I am tired as shit. It’s your call and you will get opinions in favor of it and those not in favor……..

I have used nov effectively for two gyno flare ups on cycle and it was a solid month before I started to feel a decrease on lump size and it was probably two months before there wasn’t any trace of a lump.

Welcome to the forum! There is a really good thread in the educational stickies by musitiontinite called how to plan and execute a successful first cycle……this will help you out immensely. Once you have looked it over a few times, you can post up your proposed cycle, goals and diet so we can get you on track.
