    Your to young for steroids they could cause you more problems than you wished for at your age,

    You also need alot of work on your diet, with your stats its plain to see where the problem area is,

    You also need to do alot more work on your training programme, is awful

    Testosterone is what makes us men, if you increase your natural testosterone by 10 times your going to be feeling like 10 men all in one. That’s why hormones are so important to a persons well being our bodies do a wonderful job at balancing these hormones and normally we don’t have any issues but when these hormones drop or we have issues with them that’s when the world seems to fell apart.

    There is no wonder your cycle didnt adark_sideeve your goals, its awful and wouldn’t be anything or very little. Muscleink is correct its all down to diet and training for serious growth.
    What did you eat yesterday and what is your training routine like?
    2 hours in the gym is counterproductive and you really need to sort your training out because without that in order everything else is a waste

    Dbol kicks in straight away
    you pulse like I said 2-3 times within the cycle,
    the off periods rest your body and reduce sides
    try it and see if it works for you because with no appetite you might aswell stop the cycle

    Go to your doctor and get a blood test done and then you will see if you have low test or not. In the mean time learn how to eat and train correctly

    I like winny at high doses for short periods of time. Great compound for lean tissue gains if used with the correct stack.

    shutting down your natural test before its fully developed is not a wise thing to do, you can have side effects for the rest of your life like low test, just imagine not being able to get a hard on at your age, small testicles, gyno, depression and all for nothing because after the cycle you will lose all your gains because your diet and training wont be able to maintain or support any new tissue. You came on here because we are the best steroid forum out there and you asking guys who have been cycling longer than you have been alive and we know a hell of a lot more than you and see far more younger guys in serious trouble so you need to be mature about it and listen and do what we say. You can actually build more mass and muscle without steroids at your age if you learn how to train right and eat correctly but I doubt you will listen and your only here to listen to what you want to hear which isn’t the right thing for someone like you. So I will leave your thread and let another 18 yrs old guy who doesn’t know what he’s doing advice you on damaging your future health. Best of luck

    Your 4 to 5 yrs away from cycling, use your time wisely and research diets and training its pointless doing any kind of research now and to be honest I don’t believe you anyway when you say you want the knowledge now for later, come on.

    Go to the diet section and post your diet and start building some muscle. Forget steroids they are not the answer for you.

    How long have you been training?

    You really need to sort your diet out before any kind of anabolic support, it would be pointless in even trying because you simply dont have a diet to support any new tissue so you will lose all gains on cycle when you come off.

    I would also do alot more research because again its clear you have no idea what your doing and how steroids work.

    Try it for yourself and see how you respond that’s the only way to find out. I like both for different reasons so drop it in your next cycle and monitor the results

    In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but…….are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20’s?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40’s yet alone in your prime of your life.

    Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don’t take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.

    Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.

    TRAINING
    You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme’s will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.

    Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.

    Workouts should be mainly St07ed on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development

    DIET
    A lot of younger TrueMaxders don’t know how to eat. Researdark_sideng and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins,carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in adark_sideeving your natural goals.     No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you adark_sideeve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.

    This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can’t express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.
