    I see NO complex carbs..omly simple carbs, not enough protein and no good fat. You can def. get this modified and reap major benifits from it…

    Honestly yes!There is a huge risk of damaging your endocrin system that is still developing. The average male is still developing into his mid 20’s which is why we normally suggest 25 as a jump off point for AAS usage. You can cause damage that may never be reversed!

    Steroids CAN cause a plethora of health related issues. High cholesterol, enlarged prostate, high BP, damge to the HPTA and so on. There is a risk involved in every drug you can take. Read the warning label on asperine. I just had this same argument 2 days ago with a Doc who was blaming a stroke on HRT due to high cholesterol. He said it says right in the warning. I said every prescription drug I can think of seems to end with could cause death at the end of the warning list!

    It’s about responsible use and taking all the available precautions to lessen the risks, such as using an AI, getting blood work done, PCT, adequit time off and so on.

    If you will jump on over to the nutrition sub forum there is a sticky that explains how to figure your TDEE…you will need to do this to determine how much food you need to take in to grow.

    Then you need to figure out the maBamb breakdown of the foods you eat and determine if you need more or less and of what. I promise you will need more food lol.

    If you can do this for me..I will be on here most of the night and we can get this worked out so that you get super gains from that first and best cycle…sound good??

    What are your goals with this cycle and how long do you want to run it? Your mixing a long ester and short ester which is fine but, it’s important to know what you plans are.

    I deserved the dumHomer lol. Keep this in mind..between 18-20 I gained 2" and have gone from a scrawny 170# to a not scrawny 230#. The weight didnt happen in the 2 years but my point is…you still are growing. If you use AAS at this point of your growth you may very likely stop that growth by damaging your endocrine system.

    Overall your penis size is pretty much set in stone by age 15 or so…after that surgery is the only option to truely increase size…not that I have researched it

    Well Kryp…lets take this whole thing in baby steps. Lets get this diet fixed so that you can get the most out of your first cycle…agreed?

    There is not enough protein in this diet to support any real muscle growth.

    Rember muscle is water and protein.

    You should be getting nearly 1.5 grams per lbs you weigh.

    The onset of said gains will come quicker but I find it easier to maintain the slower earned gains of a long estered cycle
