Bro im sure some people are over exaggerating this, my whole high school football team ABUSED mdrol and superdrol and most of them are my close friends and they are fine, same age as you almost 21-25. A few of them are married and have kids.

You do know that MOST ED is psychological right?

Obviously you have not read nearlly as many of the post as some of of have on here from kids/people taking only one cycle. One is enough to screw things up and also as I always say, you can bet that less than 5% of the people who have problems ever come back to tell us about them and I’m sure it’s a lot smaller percentage that will tell someone face to fave.

I agree, who cares how you daily experiences are or even after you are done. You just dont get it. It may be 1 month, 3 months or longer until you have or realize you have a problem from it or like many your age and never put 2+2 together.

Looks like another good user to put on the ignore list. The OP, not you Lmn. lol

A routine/workout shock is always good and dont forget to mix it up every couple of months or less. Dont get stuck in doing the exact same thing week after week. An easy way to mix things up is to use bars for a few weeks and then switch to dumbbells and throw madark_sidenes in the mix off and on. Also you have your HIT workout routines and many others.

Did you leave out your warmup portion to each one? Warming up properly is crucial to any routine. Trust me, Injury sucks and not warming up is one of the leading causes to injury. Using aas before you are ready such as FEELING strong and lifting heavy but your tendons are not ready.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is getting stuck in a routine and then not getting gains and getting frustrated. Anytime you stop getting gains it’s time to mix it up with routine and/or diet.

Nothing replaces food. You can add powders/drink to help/supplement if you really need to and they do have their usage like I said for post workout but dont start drinking powders 2 or 3x a day especially if you skip any meals due to it.

Better to invest in a good blender and start making your own instead of the canned stuff and using real food.

Good back and forth. Yes cardio is good but I know all to well how in your late teens and early 20s it’s easy to do way to much. Thats another reason I didnt gain much. I never ran track but I had PE for the last 2 classes of the day due to having all my requirements done (dont ask me how I did that) and at the end of the last period we would run laps around the track. As everyone else went in to shower I would job/run from my school to another school several miles away just as my GF was getting out of school and warming up to run track and spend the next 1 1/2 hrs running track with them and jogging another 5+ miles home after. I ended up working for her dad after school and during the day after graduating cutting wood all day and I worked pretty damn hard if I do say so myself trying to impress the old man. I probably did 4+ hrs of consistent cardio a day for several years. lol No wonder I couldn’t gain any weight back then.

If you really are a hard gainer keep it to 20 min before working out and maybe another 15-20 after a couple times a week if you want to bulk.

Honestly most supplement are WAY over rated although I get caught up in it myself.
A good muti vitamin. Some Vit D, a good post work out drink (dont replace food/meal with drinks) for muscle recovery and if you need a boost either some BCAA in a pre workout drink or good old caffeine.

LOL, thats what I did, found one that is 5′ 3" and 101 lbs soaking wet. I think 3 lbs of her is long hair. Go visit Thailand, Philippines or another Asian country and you will feel tall. I’m only 5′ 8" on a good day, probably 5′ 7" or less after the two back surgeries.

Just blame your parents if you dont get tall enough.

Good because I can pretty much guarantee you that you will have 10x better results if you wait. I’m not trying to be an ass. I’m speaking from experience and luckily some patience on my part and reading a LOT of horror stories from those who didnt.

I like to use the analogy of why put high octane race fuel into a stock street car or especially one that has some mileage on it? Gains are nil to minimal. Now put it into a modified built engine and it makes a world of difference. Your body is not much different really.

Honestly, everyone wants the magic pill… if you needed gear to get from 150-165lbs and now you need another cycle to gain another measly 11 pounds and you do not have the discipline and cannot take the time to do it from diet alone (which is 90% of your problem)- I feel very sorry for you.[/QUOTE]

the diet is any way a problem….i measure my total intake to built learn mass….1.5g per pound of protein.
    2800 carbs
    25% essential
take man but my diet has been built by a Dietitian. Just have any one to help me on performance enhancers….

You can argue all you want except be prepared to be a short term member. Those are the rules. How much are you paying for membership? As it has been said many times, if you dont like the rules you can start your own site. You would be far from the 1st or last to be banned for such discussion.

As they say in Thailand, up to you.

Not only is deca alone a terrible cycle and you are to young but deca is a terrible 1st cycle so you are messed up all the way around.

First, stop trying to figure out what to take. You will only get the answer of FOOD.
Next start reading through the post. Not looking for a good cycle but to get experience of what people are doing, looking for, what advice is being given, what advice is being ignored and what this site is really about.

Are people really still believing that hype?

Besides being very wrong she is about 2 years out of touch. That fad started to die out over 1yr ago.

The best all around magic diet is to clean up your diet. Doesn’t have to be 100% just keep improving it over time little by little. No need to get overwhelmed and do some type of cardio every day be it get out walking, running, treadmill etc. Make it a daily routine and you will see changes. Dont look for changes in 1, 2 or 3 weeks. It took time to put the fat on and it takes time to take it off. Same with adding muscle. It takes months to notice any real lean muscle gains but it’s all worth it in the long run.

I continually say, it’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Dont make it a fad but make it a lifestyle.

BTW I know it sucks here this time of year since it rains for weeks if not months straight. We have few days like today where it was nice so it’s hard to get out much but you can still spend time in the gym or even walking the malls to get some cardio. I find even walking if you concentrate exaggeration your steps just a little St07ing on your calves you can get a good workout in a short amount of time. Put on a back pack with an extra 20 lbs in it also helps.
