Yes I went from 190lbs to 150lbs in less than 6 months.
I wasn’t training, eating or sleeping. I would have been lucky to eat 500 calories in a day or sleep for more than a few hours.

I am currently a walking skeleton and if I’m honest I look like I have never touched a weight in my life.

It is not as depressing as it sounds, I am actually extremely motivated to regain my physique instead of mourning over the one I lost.

What is my best course of action here. Should I cycle back to being a muscular god or should I train naturally to a certain point?

On a side note it is weird how such a rapid change can affect you. I still walk around like I’m a god among men even though my Grandmother has 10lbs on me and could probably squat more too.
It’s like part of my personality was lost along with the muscle.

I was in a similar position. I was an absolute mess. I cycled even though everyone said not to. Only time will tell if that was a mistake. After that I used GHRP-6. It was the best decision ever. If you’ve been eating bugger all and sleeping bad the hardest thing is pushing yourself to eat a lot again and get good sleep. GHRP-6 will make you want to eat more, help with your sleep and give you a shot of good health..

As long as you know what you’re doing and you are diligent about being meticulous with your cycle (down to every little detail) I don’t think there’s anything wrong with cycling at 20. Sure there are risks, but those never really go away, even when you’re older. At 20, you’re likely not gonna grow anymore so for most people that’s hardly a concern.

But like others have said, you’ve only been going at it for 2 years. At least wait 4 or so because then you will have a better idea if the risks are really worth it to you. I’ve known plenty of people that just got sick of the gym after a couple years and quit. Not saying that’s gonna be you, but you never know what life might have coming up. No sense risking your health and spending a bunch of money to cycle when it might not be worth jack shit to you another 5 years down the road.

    You’re on the wrong track.
My good mate cycled when he was young. He looked great. Benched 500lb, he was massive. Then in his mid 40s BAM! Dead. And that’s the risk. You cycle young and you **** your body up, close your growth plates and cause all sorts of problems LATER ON

I was in the same boat. I didn’t eat right and couldn’t gain weight easily as well. Even if you do a course, you won’t gain much if you can’t eat properly and you definitely won’t keep it. One option is to start with a cycle of GHRP-6. It will help develop a better appetite and will help you with some extra gains in the gym. And it’s legal!

Endurance exercise is very smart to do on a cycle, ( and all the time) it helps increase the chamber size to keep stroke volume from decreasing.

Its a quality of life issue, you eat like crap, dont do cardio exercise and do AAS you are going ot have worse sides then if you ate good, and worked out good.

In my case, say if I added a significant cardio session to my training, I’d probably have to do two cycles to get the gains I want. The reason why I need AAS to put the weight on faster is because of a fast metabolism and back problems which keep me out of the gym occasionally. Would test make your heart get bigger very quickly? I could understand how an AAS like dianabol would be a problem…
