    Proper planning. Execution. Self monitoring are the most important. Least it seems ppl here are starting on single test based compounds for a change. If ur already prone n ur getting warning signs ON your FIRST cycle and don’t know how to rectify the issue. Then I backup stopping. Unless ur OK with tits or paying out for some surgery. I’d rather lose the time n money. Max Payne that’ll come again. Second chances don’t.

    N as aust said. E takes about 4 weeks to load up. Seriously. Don’t just rush into it. No matter how badly u wanna change ur body. Take ur time looking really deep into what ur doing. Reactions u can get. Possible sides. Look up the young and steroids specifically. These aren’t "scare tactic" . These a bonfide effects u can EXPECT. To get. Not might have a chance. But expect. That means more likely. Damn. Look up effects of steroids taken when young on Google and hit images. See for yourself. Ppl here aren’t really flaming so much as just want you to stop n think. If ur gunna do it ur gunna do it. But I wouldn’t go near winny till I had to. My first couple cycles were test only for a start. N I looked into it day n night and went through as many "natural test boosters" as I could try.
    Its a last option. When ur natty test is on the decline really. U got enough in u to grow u just gotta learn the best ways of utilizing it. Go through ur diet in nutrition section and routine in lifting techniques. Keep tabs n you’ll start gaining good muscle. When n if u plateau then maybe. But you’d be surprised what u can adark_sideeve WITHOUT risk.

    Sub in this being 6’3" n 240lbs: I’d like to see your results n how u get on with it. U mind keeping a log here? Be greatly appreciated. I.e

    Dosages when established of compounds
    ai?
    Hcg ?
    Gh?

    Supps?

    Diet example?

    Routine example (I tend to lower reps n overload much more on cycle). Like u I’m on a plateau although I’m trying to kick the living sh1t outta the wall in my way before adding another compound.

    Like to know any first showing strength gains. And size increase if u can measure up b4 n during?

    Diet is really the true key to.all aspects. But. Stacking wise. What are ppls thoughts on t3 n the like?(taking out the "cheating" aspect) and simply looking at it from a stacking point if view. Anyone stacked say test/tren /clen *or*t3? effective?, or only effective short term?,

    surely thermals?, clen etc
