    Like Bona said..it’s not a pinched muscle, its either a strained or pulled muscle or a pinched nerve. Does the pain radiate down your leg in any way??

    200-250 mg is a high end TRT dose and not worth shutting down your own production. 400-500 mg is a basic standard begginer dose. Anything less is a waste of time, money and gear!

    Your getting there man…so you are going to be wanting to take in approx 4000 clean cals to add weight

    Now…this takes work on your part…remember its a marothon not a race.

    Now..go back over to nutrition, post your proposed diet with your tdee and your goal.

    You will want to do your best to add the maBambs (cals, protein, carbs, and fat) for each food.

    Those guys are like having pro nutritionist at your disposal for FREE!

    I will be watdark_sideng and lending a hand were I can. When we get this diet top notch we will get into a cycle. GTG with you???
