OP, I’m natural. I use to think I needed to load up on supps to grow. Not true. I am 6′ 227lbs with my bf setting around 15% right now. In the last year and a half I cut weight from 210lbs to 192lbs and then up to 230lbs. All with diet and training. I barely use any sups. Every once in a while I will use protein powders and I take a multi vitamin pack. I never supplement a shake for a meal unless its the only option available.

For one, if your endocrine system isnt fully developed, it could be damaged. This is something that could lead to numerous problems down the road, such as low t, ed, depression, etc…Theres also risk of infection and what not. Thats why we are consistent with making sure people are really ready to start using..If done carelessly, it could be bad news. On the plus side as stpete mentioned, they can make you big and pretty!

You could easily drop down if you stayed up on your diet and training(weights/cardio). You don’t need to cycle to adark_sideeve what you want.

Have you talked to a doc about this? If you stick to a solid training regimen do you notice any increase in your endurance?

Welcome to the board. Whats your bf% at right now. You could easily obtain the gains your looking for without AAS. If I were you id get a solid diet down along with dedicated training and see where it takes you. After that if you still want more, go for the goods. Check out the nutrition section. There are some pretty knowledgable people there.
