    no Carb diet.

Post that in the nutrition section.

    No carbs=no muscle growth
6 whole eggs is too much fat, too many shakes (you need to eat more food), and I would sub one of those dark_sidecken meals for something else.

No one wants to hear the problem is something other then AAS. But trust us, nutrition and training is at least 70% of this game.

I would agree. We are talking about long term damage. What will happen when this 20 year old is 30 or 40? Again look at my story. I was fine for 10 years!

@Gymfu I have highlighted many times what I am arguing. I do believe the HPTA can suffer pre-25. I don’t believe in the whole "pre-25" rule about maturation and delicacy.

I don’t understand the difference between the two?

    Sworder, you are wrong.

I’m walking prof using hormones at a young age causes low testosterone and an inability to recover normal testosterone levels after a cycle much later in life. When I first started bbing at 19 I tried using everything under the sun that was legal thinking if its legal it must be safe. I used androstene and any thing else my buddy’s were trying.

When I got to about 30 I started to look at using AAS and I found out that the legal stuff is HPTA damaging as well. I had my testosterone checked soon after and it came back a little over 350ng/dl, low for a 30 year old with a clean diet and excersizing regularly for the past 11 years and obtains from alcohol completely.

I never was able to get my testosterone above 170 after my first cycle and 110 after my second and I got a lot of good advise here on agresive PCT nothing worked.

I’m convinced my HPTA system was damaged from pro hormones and androstene.

Nobody NEEDS them when they start out. Good diet and training will put size on anybody new, the body will always adapt to some degree.

For instance… in sports I believe it’s a complete and total cheat… no if’s and’s or buts about it.

However, while illegal, I feel that people such as cops or military should be able to use it if they need more power. You don’t know what you might run into in either profession.

I don’t care who’s using them. I’m convinced most athletes use them. We only hear about the ones that get caught.

You need to serously think about that fact that you might, and it is a big might, end up having to get on TRT later; that means sticking yourself the the rest of your life.

This is the key. Keep doses reasonable, cycle use, and keep an eye on your health, bp, blood work and the risk are minimal.

A little too young, but if your going to do it anyway I would drop the dbol and DEFFINATLY not use deca . Test only at 400-500mg per week would give you good results. You know what you risk by using AAS at your age right? You will most likley need to get on TRT in your yearly 30s, like me. Not cool.

Have you had your testosterone checked? What is your plan for your diet? Your still kinda small for your height, you probably still have a lot of natural growth possible with proper diet. If your diet isn’t good then your wasting your time, health, and money.

I like every three days better, gives you more stable blood levels, in theory, don’t know if it acctualy makes a difference.
