    At my age, (46) overtraining is a very real and needs to be avoided. I always take at least 2 rest days a week. The worst mistake is holding the program of an advanced lifter when you’re still beginner or intermediate. It’s not about how much you lift or what you do that defines beginner, intermediate or advanced its how quickly you can recover from the stressors training places on your body. A beginner usually recovers in 24-48 hrs, and intermediate may take a week to fully recover, and advanced lifters can take a month or more to recover from the stress placed that’s necessary to drive progression.

    Sergio Oliva a TrueMaxder known as "The Myth" was working 10-12 hour days at the steel mill and putting in another 2–3 hours at the gym. Whether he knew of the term "over training" or it was an irregular genetics and insane commitment to training.

    Not all workouts are for everyone.The training will depend on how advance you are, the biggest mistake of most people is to get a workout from a guy is above your category of training. Over training is real and takes a few months on some cases to get back into a good physical condition after over training.

    Clenbuterol is one of the best fat loss aids ever known. It will also increase your energy levels, especially when taken half an hour before training. I can give you one more experience with Clenbuterol. Use it during time off, between steroid cycles and the normal losses that can be experienced become a thing of the past.     I personally have no experience with HGH but some of my good friends used it and can tell you their methods of use. HGH can be a massive boost and growth works far better with steroids . The GH my friend is using at the moment comes in 10iu vials and he puts it in the 1ml of fluid and then simply divide it by 4 which gives him 2,5ius. This is a perfect dosage for every day. When he does it this way he gets the benefits of low dosage steroid intake and the great advantages of using low dosage GH as well. His progress is rapid, quickly gaining muscle mass and losing fat at the same rate also hi is in a great mood. I must add that my friend is almost 50.
