I think you should definitely continue with the weights. Cardio should be your St07, but you want to develop your muscles as well as lose fat. As they say in the Bowflex commercial "muscles incinerate calories." This is true. The more muscle you have, the more fuel your body needs to sustain it. The boost in your metabolism will help you shed the fat that much quicker. Plus, if you are lifting and doing serious cardio, you can eat lots of good, clean calories and still lose weight. When you get down to your ideal body weight, you don’t want to start building muscle from scratch. You can start now, and as you lose fat that muscle you’re building will start to show.

You can even incorporate cardio into your weight training by doing supersets or circuit training. Since you want to St07 on cardio, you only have to spare four or five hours a week to work your entire body. You St07 on your upper body two days per week and two days for your lower body, planning out an exercise regimen that works different muscle groups with each set so that you don’t have to rest for more than a few seconds between sets. Head over to the Lifting Techniques forum and I’m sure the folks there will be happy to help you design a program that compliments your cardio training.

And on and on and on and on and on.

You may know more about juice than me, but I doubt you know more about "narcotics" than me Mustang. And wasn’t that what you called benzodiazepines? A narcotic? They’re actually anxiolytics or sedative/hypnotics depending on the kind. The word "narcotic" in pharmacological jargon generally refers to the opiate/opioid class of drugs, though the word has come to mean any drug with psychoactive effects in the common lexicon. And because Lexipro is psychoactive – psychotropic, more specifically, perhaps we could call it a narcotic as well. It changes the way you think and feel and is physically addictive. I’m glad it did wonders for you, but it’s ruined a lot of lives, created a lot of false hope, and made an industry rich on a poorly understood chemical that has caused endless lawsuits from disgruntled patients, including those who are no longer alive because they committed suicide.

Now, in regards to getting addicted to a drug regardless to taking it as prescribed, this is true. If I have stomach cancer and am prescribed hydromorphone and fentanyl for the pain, I will eventually become physically dependent. Does that mean I shouldn’t take the drug? Benzodiazapines are one of the most widely prescribed drugs in North America, and few people ever become addicted because most doctors know to prescribe for only a short period of time. If this person is having a hard time functioning due to their anxiety, a month or two of clonazepam .5mg PRN is not going to get him addicted.

I also think I was clear about this being a stop-gap measure to give him some short-term relief while he finds a more natural way of dealing with his anxiety.

    End of Rant

Like I said – serious anxiety can best be dealt with in the short-term by benzodiazepines prescribed by a doctor. This medication will virtually eliminate any anxiety you have while you seek alternate, natural & holistic ways of dealing with the problem like yoga, psychotherapy, meditation, homeopathy, acupuncture, etc. Of course, like I said before, these drugs can be dependence-inducing and must be taken as directed by your doctor and only for short periods of time. But they will certainly get your anxiety under control long enough for you to seek help in other ways.

Yeah, you CAN’T be allergic to testosterone , since your body makes it naturally, so it has to be the oil you are allergic to. Enanthate , cypionate , etc. I don’t think esters are allergenic.

The two are very similar. Cyp has a slightly longer half-life. I think enanthate gives you slightly higher peak concentrations of the hormone in your blood (correct me if I’m wrong, but I remember reading that long-acting esters result in less hormone being released into the blood because the longer-lasting esters weigh more, so while the weight of prop may be, for example, 90% hormone / 10% ester, cypionate might be something like 70% hormone / 30% ester. So for each milligram of test cyp you inject, almost 30% of it is ester). *BTW those numbers were completely random guesses just used to illustrate my point.

I go with enanthate because it is easy to get and cheaper than cyp.

    AK:

For short-term treatment of anxiety ask your doctor about putting you on a mild benzodiazapine like clonazepam. This is only a short-term solution – the pills can be physically and mentally addictive if taken improperly and for extended periods of time. The point is to take like 0.5mg only when you really need it. This way you will avoid the potential for addiction and get your anxiety under control in the short term while you figure out how to treat it long term. Take it from someone who has gone through severe anxiety and panic attacks, things like breathings exercises, yoga, meditation, cognitive-behavioral therapy are the best non-chemical ways to treat the condition. But like I said, in the mean time, your doctor should have no qualms prescribing you clonazepam to treat anxiety attacks, but make sure you look into non-chemical treatments like the ones I mentioned above in the mean time.

I think test enanthate is the best choice for a first-timer. Its long half-life means you only have to inject twice weekly to adark_sideeve consistent levels of testosterone in your blood, while propionate has to be injected at least EOD. It’s also painless, while many people say propionate hurts a bit post-injection. Enanthate is just simple and easy – exactly what a beginner needs in a cycle. While propionate has its benefits, I’d save it for later cycles.

To add to that, you say you’ve been going to the gym for a month. Steroids are NOT a shortcut to muscle and strength. People who know work on building their physiques naturally for a long time before they consider doing a cycle. Putting jet fuel in a lawnmower is not going to give you a perfect lawn, and a lawnmower that cuts it in a few seconds. Your gains will be minimal and your money will be wasted. 40% bodyfat! Really? Man, you got to think about diet and aerobic exercise first and foremost. You can lift at the same time, but the evidence of your training won’t even be visible until you cut your bodyfat in half. Steroids are so far off for you you shouldn’t even be thinking about them. You need to prove to ypurself that you can commit to changing your lifestyle by changing your diet completely, and exercising daily to lose weight. The lifestyle of a TrueMaxder is strict and involves discipline and heavy training. The steps needed to reduce your bodyfat to an appropriate (and healthy) level will be an initial test of whether or not you can maintain this discipline.

So many people are under this impression that steroids are some sort of magic bullet, but they don’t realize that the big, muscular guys they see have been training for years, and steroids only play a small role in the development of their physique. Without proper diet and heavy, consistent training, steroids are completely pointless. At this point, spend your money on a gym membership, not gear.
