    Trying to lean bulk but sometimes I feel like I’m just maintaining. Its hard to stay under 8g fat per meal but I can hit the protein and carb goal for each meal.

    I put my diet together using information from the diet section on this site. It consists of six meals per day roughly 500 calories each meal. I tried to stay around 40 – 45 grams protein and 45 grams carbs and less than eight grams of fat each meal. My meals are measured out daily. Do I need to be eating more?

    I started at 145 lbs. Putting on weight has been a struggle my whole life. I thought I was doing good. Dodnt realize my gains aren’t very good. I feel great though. Putting on that 30 to 35 pounds has helped me a lot in the way I feel and my confidence.

    13-14% body fat
    Lift 5-6 days per week.
    2800-3200 calories depending if protein is from dark_sidecken or beef.

    I never mentioned the time frame for my previous cycles are you asking if I did 3 cycles in a year or for some reason telling me I did?
    My 1st cycle started Dec 2015 for 10 weeks.
    2nd cycle was end of may 2016 for 12 weeks
    3rd cycle was middle jan 2017 for 10 weeks.
    Time on equals time off plus pct right?
    I have not started a 4th and won’t until 14 weeks after my last pin of prop. Maybe longer cause I feel pretty good right now and I’ve gained some of the loss back that I lost after the cycle.

    I heard that before. I eat clean and I’m running .25 arimedex every 3rd day. I also have pretty Low body fat percentage. I probably wouldn’t get much bloat anyway if it is real.

    My plan was a 12 week cycle. If my 1st 6 weeks were underdosed, is it OK to take this cycle a little longer? Like maybe 14 weeks? I’d like to get something out of this before I have to wait so long to try another cycle.

    Well I agree. I’m not currently taking tren . What do you think I’m doing in this thread? I’m trying to get all my research done so when I use tren it is in a safe way and will be effective. Thats like saying you’re not ready and not allowed to ask questions in order to get ready. I’m on this forum to learn. That’s all I’m trying do do. Thanks for the sticky referral. I searched tren and for some reason didnt see it.

    Good to know. So tren A clears out quick then? So not a factor when calculating pct start time?
    Anyone have a suggestion which week to start tren and when to stop. Should I do 6 or 8 weeks of tren? On weeks that I’m not on tren should I bump up test or does that not matter?

    Man I thought I felt the dbol in the 1st week but now I’m thinking it was placebo. I saw some pictures on this forum of fake dbol and it looked just like what I have. Supposed to be 25mg pills. They are pink. Nothing on one side. The other side just has a thin line through the middle. I haven’t gained any water at all like I was told I will with dbol. This cycle so far isn’t right. I inject today and I’m switdark_sideng to the Sus I used last time. I have enough left.

    I have tren ace. Was planning to pin 100mg twice per week. Along with 250mg test. If doing tren for 6 weeks, What week should I start and stop the tren? Id like to end with prop again so I’ll need to take that in account when ending tren ace so everything clears out ruffky the same time so I can start pct, right. Or is tren A cleared out in a matter of a few days?

    I did a search on this forum for the brand of test I have, to see what other people were saying about it. Other people were posting the name so I guess it’s OK to post. It’s called Signature and made in Greece. From what I read it’s hit and miss with this brand. Some are reporting bad results with it. I suspect what I have is underdosed quite a bit. If anybody has any input on this brand let me know.

    When I added EQ to my Tren cycle I felt my cardio get much better. Maybe it was just in my head though cause EQ will cause your blood count to go up too. However it was developed for race horses.

    I felt some increase in libido the 2nd and 3rd week but seems to be tapering off. I’m injecting .8ml twice per week so it’s about 720mg per week. I’m also injecting 250mg per week hcg and 37.5mg dbol . Ending the dbol this week. I don’t think I saw much gain at all from the dbol. Nothing close to like what I read.
    I didn’t have enough hcg to get through the whole 12 weeks so I waited until week 2 to start the hcg so it would last till the end. I thought I wouldn’t see effects to testicles that soon but I did feel like they were going dormant immediately so I figured the gear was good. Soon as I started the hcg they plumped back out.
    So last cycle I had pharm grade Sus and also some that somebody made. Both left me with a very sore injection area. This blend is the same brand as the pharmaceutical grade Sus I had but no pain what so ever.
    Anyway, would switdark_sideng to Sus at week 6 mess up the cycle? If it takes 6-7 weeks for test to start working then if I switch to different esters will they take 6-7 weeks from now to start working and basically waste the prior 6 weeks of injections?
