Haha, sorry guys. I should have been more specific in saying the area of my delt that is in line with my ear when I’m facing forward.

Anyone ever try doing subq beneath the fingernails? I hear they are painful for some reason.

I’ve always injected my delts in the very middle of the muscle, the area beneath my ears.

I wouldn’t go through the front delt personally, too close to the joint there. The side delt is fine and I’ve accidentally pushed a 1.5" needle all the way through it without any pain. As far as people having problems with the quads, if you can simply get past the fear of hitting a nerve or blood vessel, you will find that the quad is one of the best muscles to use. I can use any part of the entire length of my upper/outer thigh, from four inches above the knee to four inches below the hip, without any pain or complications, lending myself a muscle that I will never have to worry about building up scar tissue or oil pools. There are just so many points on the quad to utilize.

BBJT is right though, you need to rotate injection sites. Injecting the same place twice a week is going to saturate that area with oil and will probably interfere with absorption, aside from building up scar tissue. I prefer my glutes, upper and lower quads. I’ve used my delts in the past, but I can’t stand the way it makes them feel.

Tazy, I did offer an alternative, but it isn’t an AAS. Equipoise is unique yet worthless all at the same time.

Equipoise adds vascularity and appetite, but takes a very large dose to adark_sideeve noticeable results and is typically far too expensive for what it delivers. If you’re looking for these two benefits, try 10mg of Cialis along with AAKG’s every day, and if you make yourself eat frequently, you’ll train your stomach to want food frequently in short time. Like Born77 stated, it just isn’t worth it.

But I have to respectfully disagree with prop not being a good choice for a 12 week cycle. It’s still testosterone . If you’re comfortable injecting every other day for 12 weeks, good for you. Shorter esters actually seem to provide less pronounced side effects than long esters such as enanthate and cypionate , and you’ll be able to shorten the bridge between final injection and PCT due to the shorter ester, which is a big benefit by my eye.

As for the stack, none of these are pointless, nor do they conflict with each other. It’s just a simple matter of how big, strong and ripped you want to get in a short amount of time. The dbol will provide benefits beyond testosterone, and the anavar will expound upon the benefits of trenbolone . With that being said though, this is a pretty damn intense stack. You could easily separate this into two cycles; one for bulk, one for cut. Or drop the Anavar or Trenbolone to save money and the stress on your body.

I find the glutes to be the most painless, but my favorite places to inject are 2-3 different areas of the upper/outer quadriceps. One about five inches from the knee, one right in the middle, and the other about five inches below the hip. I stick them nice and slow and never have problems with hitting veins or nerves.
