    be sure you inject with a 23-25gauge, and do it slowly. when injecting your main concern is cleanliness and avoiding injury to the muscle itself. take your time and do it right. delts and quads for me.

    Get more sleep.

    Rest is the most underutilized tool in all of sports and weightlifting.

    Guys used to recommend up to 10 hours of sleep a night to really get big…they were on to something.
