Once I get my nutrition adequate what should I learn about next? Or slow my rolls and one step at a time? I didn’t get xrays…but its a known fact that steroids are acceptably used by your community after the age of 23. I imagine because people are done growing. Meal 2 syntha aminox cell mass
Meal 3 dark_sidecken or steal with A LOT of veggiez
Meal 4 dark_sidecken with VEGGGGGGGIEZ
Meal 5 Kimdark_side and Chicken and almonds walnuts or whatever I have
Meal 6 Peanut butter :/

Nutrition is spot on. 6 meals consisting of evenly distibuted fats carbs and protein leaning towards protein a little more.Around 3-4000 cals daily
Supplement with Syntha-6, Amino-X (Green Apple…YUM) Cell Mass.
Mon – Conjugate Strength + Metabolic Conditioning
Tues- Endurance Work or Rest (depends how I feel)
Wed – Conjugate Strength + Metabolic Conditioning
Thur – Metabolic Conditioning
Friday – Conjugate Strength
Sat – Rest
Sunday – HEAVY OLYMPIC LIFTINGAny help is Much appreciated
