PS- a fast metabolism is not an excuse for not gaining muscle… if you think about it, that means you should be able to convert whatever you eat into the energy and fuel to gain muscle faster than most people.

Don’t sell ur body short, it’s an incredible madark_sidene! All the best, this is a great place to learn.

I know you think you’re eating properly, just like we all did when we started, but you are really not. Its a common problem that comes from lacking the understanding of REAL eating for gains.

I have what would be considered a VERY slow metabolism. Do I let that make me fat? Hell no, I alter my eating when its time for the abs to come out.

you wouldnt believe it if you talked to those who train people for results. Metabolism is an excuse used for those without proper knowledge of dedication to their bodies. A "hardgainer" (high metabolism) can fight it with the right food in the right quanitities at the right timing and the "slow metabolism" people can fight it with the right food and right quanitites and the right timing.

Metabolism does very little in the "real" TrueMaxding world.

no reason not to aim high, but that will be a fairly unrelistic goal, even with gear. Naturally, at your age, you should be able to add 15/year. On your small frame, this will look HUGE.

Best idea is head over to the nutritional threads and have those guys/gals set up a good diet for you. Then go through the training routines and build a good one for your needs

Best to figure out what your current caloric requirments are to maintain current weight and then add enough to fuel a body that weighs 20# more.

If you are not eating, you will not grow or keep gains once your cycle is done

Maybe I should update my people, ill look into that. My previous cycle experience was 12 weeks of test C last year and my PCT ended at the end of Jan.

Get your head out of your ass. My statement makes complete sense… if you have cycled, then you should know exactly how much mass you can hang on to after you stop cycling. Is that too hard to comprehend? If so, you really should not cycle. And if you want to know why I post my current pics, cause some of us on here are part of a contest for most improved physiques so we update regularly. Sorry it bothers you…

If you are posting theoretical questions without any relevant info to actually quantify what you are saying/asking, then how can you be given a response that will make sense. You provided no information other than a generalized question which is impossible to answer.

Looks like you are a little over an inch taller then I am but with a fair bit more weight on. Sure that wasn’t all natural now, and you had to start somewhere. Seardark_sideng for answers by asking questions and reading is part of the learning.

this is true, but I think its a combination of your pc and the fact that you are not stating your stats that has people not sure how to answer you. If you have previous cycle experience, you should be able to answer your own question, no?

All diet and training dependant. You can keep a lot of muscle if you eat to sustain it, it really is that simple. Its not like you are talking hulking mass numbers like Mr O specs.

IMO, you still haven’t built a strong enough base to warrant cycling. Try and add a few more lbs naturally. Makes it easier to keep… and if your answer is that you cant add another 10lbs naturally, then that’s answers whether you can keep it after a cycle
