  • I like your split OP. Not a big fan of Back and Legs back to back though. There is a point of over-training. What you have suggested isn’t over-training. I use to work out six days religiously. Now I am down to 4-5 a week. Just cant hang like I could in my twenties.

    That is the truth Brotha! It’s like I went from Pre-mature ejaculation to problems of releasing the stuff over night!! Sometimes I go for 2 hours straight in serious concentration to get those little runners loose. If only the girls from my 20’s knew this now…Those poor things were cut a bit short.

    My last cycle I gained 18 lbs. I lost about 4 lbs over several months which was just water. I kept 100% of my gains and the cycle was 6 months ago. It all depends on you. Train hard consistently and eat right.
