This. I love clen but unless you’re already lean to begin with, its effects won’t be very pronounced

If your test is really that low and you’re having problems like you say, go see a doc about TRT now. With some tests and explanations I’m sure they’d be happy to work out a regimen for you. The energy and depression issues are not going to subside if they’re testosterone related, they would only worsen with a dbol only cycle. I really urge you to seek medical help for your situation. Best of luck to you OP

    I agree with this

Two questions please: 1) Should cease clen gradually ? I think this is important to regulate gradually the receptors. 2) Some good tips to use ketotifen ?? Thank you for your patience.

No need to taper off. Trust me, you will want taurine. The cramps are caused from the clen depleting your body’s taurine supply. If you are not supplementing with taurine you are not going to have a fun time on clen. Taurine is super cheap too.

With a great diet and the right drugs, absolutely. With 300mg/wk of test only, I wouldn’t hold your breath for super dramatic results. Then again, you’re a fair bit older than a lot of the guys on this forum so you may get a lot out of that test if you’ve been working with natural test levels at your age.

    Agreed.
Wouldn’t recommend either for you though OP. AAS- Not for weight loss purposes… Clen is but it’s effects are best appreciated when you’re sub 10% (really sub 8% in my opinion) bodyfat which it sounds like you are not. Head over to the diet section and we’d be happy to help you out– unless you’re one of those charming people who will try anything except exercise and diet to lose weight. If that’s the case, kindly kindly hit the red X button on your browser now

2 weeks on/2 off is the best protocol IMO.
Start low dose (20 mcg) and increase by 20 mcg increments if side effects are not present. The only time I ever get sides on clen is if I try to up the dose too fast. I usually run it up to 140 mcg but most people cap their doses at 100-120mcg. If you get bad sides from a dosage, repeat the dosage until the side effects disappear. I highly advise having some taurine on hand to help with cramps. About 6g per day split into 2-3 doses will do the trick. Lastly, taking it in the morning is nice because you don’t get the insomnia side effects when you try to sleep. Clen is not a magic pill but it sure helps! Good luck
