the one I am running right now looks like this

1-16 test e 500mg ew, 250mg mon and 250 thrus
1-4 dbol 50mg ed broken though out the day
6-16 mast 400mg broken down eod…

winny dries out your joints and if you are doing other sports this could affect your proformance, IMO mast is a lot better then winny…
