Agree on all above:1. Training should stay the same. (only the weight should increase as strength gains come)
2. Diet does not look right. I’m at 160lb and very active and 4500kCals seems far too much. Try and post diet and stats in Nutrition forum, to get some helpful advise.- November 3, 2020 at 10:49 am

I think they said they are running it at 400mg a week split into 2 injections, with no AI and also said since its Deca they don’t need PCT??Sent from my iPhone using Forum Runner
Thinking you can run that without any support, AI, HCG , PCT is foolish. Anyone who says that clearly does not know what they are putting into their bodies… Plus 18-20 year olds should not be doing any shape or form of aas.

I would just like to mention, pro hormones not recommended.You still get superdrol clones. They work perfect for me.
