Ive used clen years ago, bf was 17%, got me down to 14% pretty easy I did 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for about 2 months. started off with 20mcg per day and slowly increased, made my hands shake and gave me the odd panic attack especialy at the higher doses such as 100mcg Just be careful, take your time and listen to your body Get your diet in check and keep it in check when you finish your clen or the fat will just come back on.
That doesn’t seem like much, in 2 months you can easily drop 3% bf just naturally and with decent diet. I wouldn’t even deal with the sides or clen at all if that’s all you get out of it.
No trouble at all, I have a local hookup. With diet and proper training would it reduce the thigh/butt/stomach fat so I can be on my way to more important gains?
