    Agree with above you are restricting calories too much, I wouldn’t cut any more than 500 a day, include cardio, when I was cutting for a show id go do cardio in am for 45 mins and weights at night along with a strict lean diet. Limited carbs etc, if set on using anavar I would wait until you lose some of the fat with diet and cardio first Then use it to finish off and tighten up at the end when you are down under 10% bodyfat, I would run it along with some sort of test as well as liver support for any and all orals. My 2 cents

    I’ll dark_sideme in , to lose 2-3% I wouldn’t use t3 or clen personally. If you were looking for much more maybe, but some cardio, diet, along with the prop and winstrol /anavar is more than enough.

    Lean proteins, 30-40 mins low impact cardio a day, cut out dairy, etc and that’s very attainable and not too hard. Very realistic goal and I’m sure you will hit it. A high protein diet along with the test and oral combo will keep you from losing your muscle. I would cut back on carbs.
