Yeah, I have the feeling that after working out for three years, trying different strategies and methods for cutting & bulking, I am ready to try steroids, and since anavar is considered to be among the mildest, I went with it..

Post up your training methods and diets (with weights of food and everything). If it is purely for losing fat then jumping on AAS won’t solve it if you can’t do it on your own, especially 18% bodyfat as you claim.

Hello Iwan, I can’t answer your questions on the anavar though I can tell you that you can reach the goal without it. You seem to go too hard on your cutting diet which explains the loss of strength/muscle. Vice versa with your bulk, you would do fine bulking without losing your abs completely. Check the diet section of this forum and the training section and start from there. Post up your diet and your training routine.

You will probably waste the anavar if you don’t have the fundamentals in check. I’d say the AAS should come when the results of your methods are exhausted and gains slow down considerably.

It took 6 weeks for me until I hit new PRs in the gym. We all metabolize things at a different rate, some respond quicker. Never felt any psychological changes though.

I didnt notice much until week 5.5-6 on test cyp. When you do notice strength gains (this is due to the compounds not muscle gains), you will have to get in as much hard training as possible with that increased strength and stamina, overload your muscles. What good would the compound do if you just think it will magically add muscle? Increase the dosage for what, even more temporary and illusory gains?
