Doc said it’s PROBABLY not your rotator cuff? What kind of doctor did you go see? You need to see an orthopaedic specialist and schedule an MRI if it doesn’t get any better soon. And by doing dips and heavy bench it’s NOT GOING TO GET BETTER any time soon. Injuries need time to heal. And shoulders in particular take a while to heal up. If it hurts stop.

If you’re going to run tren for 8 weeks start it at the beginning of the 5th week. You should be able to end both test and tren at the same time. It’s not an issue for me as I just revert back to my TRT dose. Don’t go over 8 weeks this first time. As PT said 6 weeks can be plenty with tren.

IMO you can pick 1 OF 3 choices
    1. be muscular and shave it all
    2. Be muscular and fight the baldness with every thing u have
    3. be muscular and let it go gracefully keep it short
bald and skinny is not an option

I vote for #3. Bald is ok. Skinny definitely is not an option.

With tren a you need to pin preferably eod not twice a week. Twice a week will have your levels fluctuating too much.

If you have a low bf% and you didn’t pinch the skin up some and if you pinned straight in rather than at an angle you may have accidentally injected into your abdominal muscles. It’s no big deal. The bump will eventually go down but you may want to massage the area periodically to disperse the bump to encourage circulation. Read up on the proper way to to sub q injections. Don’t pin the same area 2 times in a row. Educate yourself so this doesn’t happen again.

Honestly it looks like you did well on the test/dbol cycle. Keeping 12 of 15 lbs is great. I’d run that a couple more times since it works for you. If it’s not broke don’t fix it.

The same thing happened with my last test/ tren blast. Absolutely no pain when pinning or about 12 hours later. But for the next 24-36 hours it was extremely painful. Then get up the next morning and almost no pain at all. I was pinning 2 1/2ml at a time but it was definitely the tren as that much test only never bothered me. No lumps or knots just sore and painful. I use a 22g 1 1/2" also. Been using that set up forever. It’s what you get used to I guess.

Is this test from the same batch as your first cycle? Is your E2 under control? And you need BW to know for sure. You can’t know from just how you feel. BW will answer both of these questions.
