Hello guys, I know this is an old post but I’m really interested in dosage for women who want to compete. I’m interested in the figure division, so 10 mg daily are too low? I don’t understand, someone says to start with really a low dose (5 mg daily sounds a bit ridicolous for a girl who wants to compete). 20 mg daily for 4 weeks? What do you think? Is necessary tape up and down for only 4 weeks?
