I recon stronger if anything, I haven’t been sick in a couple years apart from a couple small colds.^ lol that’s not very good advice there. You have much to learn. They sound like normal reps. Arent negative reps where you increase the weight and your partner helps you lift the weight up, then lets go as you slowly perform the negative movement.
Yeah i think once a week will be fine and no you dont have to match the deca dosage with the test dosage as said in post #6.
300mg deca for 9 weeks would be better than 200 for 14 weeks.- October 30, 2020 at 2:29 pm
