Unless you have a medical condition, your diet is crap. Post what you ate yesterday, break it down like what time you ate what. Dont worry so much about breaking down calories/proteins/carbs/fat yet(there will be plenty of time for that). Just give us a list of your complete eating schedule from yesterday.
