    Glad to hear you will go see a doctor asap. And telling the doc what you did will help IMO.

    YES….go to the doctor. That is the best thing you can do. I agree with this and also it will be a memory. Then you can stop worrying.

    Eat some red meat and lots of sleep and early to bed to help get some good natural growth hormone production which is always good to have anyway for any of us and I am talking about going to bed before 11 so you are asleep by 12 so then around 2 in the morning you will get a great heavy pulse of gh and if you get this you will help repair a lot of things in your system…’tis true

    If you really want to check your blood levels ( if you refuse to go to a doc) then go to an online site to order some lab work..

    ^^^ counter productive is cycling too early. Plain and simple. They are telling you 22 is too early because: it is.

    Question: 6’3" & 175 pounds…..

    Wouldn’t you rather add some weight from food first before a cycle? You would have much better results. Think about it.
