You are so welcome~ Hope you get sorted out soon.Glad to hear you will go see a doctor asap. And telling the doc what you did will help IMO.YES….go to the doctor. That is the best thing you can do. I agree with this and also it will be a memory. Then you can stop worrying.Originally Posted by MistakesMadeOH MAN!
Well in that case here’s my questions:
1. What is a normal amount of testosterone ? (after I get my test done) The lab work will have a range based on age
2. If mine is at a normal amount, do I need to worry about getting it up? (praying I’m lucky) Hope no worries
3. If it is not at a normal amount, how do I increase it? (both naturally or artificially)Eat some red meat and lots of sleep and early to bed to help get some good natural growth hormone production which is always good to have anyway for any of us and I am talking about going to bed before 11 so you are asleep by 12 so then around 2 in the morning you will get a great heavy pulse of gh and if you get this you will help repair a lot of things in your system…’tis true

There is a motivation which seems urgent to you at the moment; yet not worth it in the long run. Whatever your reason is for jumping in when you are not ready, needs to really be soul searched because you are not ready. Plus since you want to gain, your gains will not remain. "tis true.
Please step back and pause. Look at the big picture. Your reason might be temporary.

thanks Marcus! good talking points! If you really want to check your blood levels ( if you refuse to go to a doc) then go to an online site to order some lab work..GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND HOPE YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN YOURSELF INTO ANY SITUATION YOU DO NOT LIKE
You also need to be 18 here so once you do get banned the thread will be here for you to read but you just cannot post anything.
^^^ counter productive is cycling too early. Plain and simple. They are telling you 22 is too early because: it is.- October 30, 2020 at 5:36 pm

Question: 6’3" & 175 pounds…..Wouldn’t you rather add some weight from food first before a cycle? You would have much better results. Think about it.
