I like 45-1 hr preworkout , but it’s all same as long as you eat and train while it’s active..The nutrient uptake should be drastically increased in the window so, why not slin tooSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Test prop better for short cycles gains come quicker..if you have to do 8 weeks prop is the way to go..I like prop myself better..
