    Vikingblood I would be cautious don’t take this too much to heart I didn’t see one legit metcon in his description not trying to knock him down or anything but I do more work cap in one session than he does in a day and I do it in 1.5 hrs if you want big #’ s in your lifts that takes time bro there is a lot to learn in the oly lifts stick to the test like we talked about earlier and work on your o lifts with a coach I have those #’s nat make sure you have a real solid handle on your lifts before your cycle cause a crazy increase in strength with bad form is a bad combo …..not saying anyone here has bad lifting form but you get it! I am going to post before cycle pic and stats soon I’d like to see yours too!

    test only and a good diet you will see great gains in all of your olympic lifts, and metcons will improve as well

    The pics are cool yes I have had 4 MRI done and two were with radio isotopes the labrum tear is very clear with a possible partial tear on the rotator cuff thanks for the help guys I’m going to take my PT serious and not rush into anything just curious and I know everyone is different just wondering how long I should wait before my next cycle?

    thanks NACH3 I was trying to avoid surgery as i have heard your rom is never the same afterwards! my surgeon obviously cant promise anything but said he would be shocked if i didnt get it all back with a good pt program my shoulder was at the point
    where it effected my daily lifestyle and I had to modify my training so much it was no longer fun! thanks for the help looks like i will run tb500 for PT I’ll start a daily log when I do and keep everyone posted
