dbol adds strength, silly question really. the more juice the more you grow the stronger you are but there are always the diminishing returns when you go over a certain dose which is different for everyone for example an experienced lifter might run 50mg and a novice 20-30mg, in general going over those doses you will damage your liver and get more of the nasty side effects like blood pressure and water retention. try training harder, the drugs will do their job to a point but eating and training is really the key here
