First time Dbol taker, should I smash 50mg right away or go from 20, 40 and 50 in a week’s time to check my tolerance
I just started taking it before workouts. I started with 20 and have had great workouts on that dose. Imo use the lowest dose that gives you what you need in the gym. That way you can up it later if you build tolerance.
