I’ll get straight to the point.
This is my 7th cycle.
30 years old, never had issues with gaining or maintaining an erection before in my lifeI just started on week 5 of 400 mg tren e and 250 mg test e
I had prami on hand, but I never used it until around week 3 because I couldn’t get hard at all even if I tried. Once I used that .25 mg ED, it helped a bit, but still not fully, so I slowly upped it to .5 mg ED. Over time, I upped it to 1 mg ED, which was a rapid increase, and it helped quite a bit by allowing me to get hard pretty easily; HOWEVER, I’m having troubles maintaining that erection for more than a couple minutes at a time. So, when I’m having sex, I’m constantly going flaccid when I have it "in" if that makes sense.
At the moment, I am not using an AI. I was using around .25 mg E4 days or so, but I almost felt like that was crashing my estrogen levels.
This past week, I actually lowered my test down to 200 mg, so I wouldn’t even have to worry about estrogen with it being so low.
Do any of you guys have any input on what could be going wrong?
Is my prami dosage of 1 mg ED too high where it’s actually making me "crash?"
Should I try upping the test to 500 mg per week? Maybe even higher than that?My cycles in the past were test only within the ranges of 500-750 mg per week, and I never once had issues with erections in doing so.
What I’m currently doing now:
400 mg tren E/week
200 mg test E/week
1 mg prami EDAgain, any input would be appreciated. I’ve been reading all over, and it seems like most people have even less issues with erections on tren, so it leaves me baffled why I’m having such issues. Quite embarrassing as well.
Would cial or viag be worth picking up in the mean time? I only have 5 more weeks left on this, so I figure I may as well "ride" it out if I can try controlling the sides. Nothing else has been that bad besides troubles sleeping at times.
My next move was to try increasing test up to 500 mg/week like I had it in the past, but I know they say you should have more tren than test, and that you can also get a lot more sides with high test and high tren.
By the way, blood pressure at the moment is within the normal range.

That’s true; however, the gains off of it have been absolutely incredible.Of course, at the expense of a (lack of) an erection? Not so much.
Would like to be able to find something to combat this if possible.

You need bloodwork ASAP. We will only be able to guess what is going on. Might be Prolactin Levels, might be E2 issues, might be not enough Test.- November 5, 2020 at 5:51 am

I like using PROVIRON with all my cycles. I think it helps many ways

I would get blood work done asap and find out what your sensitive E2 readings are and then treat accordingly. Low E2 can have the same effects of high E2 so you dont want to crush your levels if they are not high.

Went ahead and made the following changes:
500 mg test e/wk
400 mg tren e/wkAlso increased prami from 1 to 1.5 mg/day
Will keep this thread updated if I can remember in case others possibly run into the same scenario.
Have to say that my increase from 1 to 1.5 mg/day on the prami definitely was a big increase and probably shouldn’t have bumped it up that much .Suffered some headaches and extreme nausea from early morning-afternoon. I’ll see how things progress with this, although it’ll be tough to say if the "better in bed performance" will be from the increased test or from the increased prami, which I may try upping to 2 mg/day over time.- November 10, 2020 at 1:03 am

Ended up dosing adex at .5 mg instead of .25 and have had ZERO sex drive all day
So, I pretty much have come to the conclusion that I probably actually crashed my estrogen from that dosage alone
Perhaps a bit extreme, yes, and .25 mg may’ve been more suitable, but it’s obvious that estrogen levels were definitely not incredibly elevated or I wouldn’t have felt so much different today. Will probably lay off the anastrozole again and just keep the prami up to see how things go.
