I have more pain than I think I should at my age in my knees/elbows/shoulders. I’m 6′ tall and weigh 220 lbs (low end on bodyfat, never had it measured before) I’m 34 years old and fairly athletic. I lift hard 5 times a week hitting each bodypart once a day. It seems like as soon as my knees get better from heavy squats then my elbows will start acting up. My question is this, I have yet to cycle test or AAS and want to know if any of you have had joint pain go away when you started steroid use ?

I’ve never had an issue with Test bothering my joints, but Winstrol will make them ache. It’s bearable as long as I stretch and warm up good even on the Wintrol. Maybe part of the problem is you’re doing the same body parts every day, over and over? There’s much more knowledgeable guys on here than myself, so take my info with a grain of salt….

My joints feel much better on cycle. Until I get carried away with pushing maxes. Then I get really sore.

I only do one bodypart per workout. Chest-mon, back-tues, bis and tris-wed Ect. With a 6 day rest between workouts overuse shouldn’t be an issue. I do go heavy to failure on everything though so who knows.

I was in the same boat as you. About 3 weeks ago I started taking Glucosamine with MSM and then started my Test cyp 100 mg per week(2 weeks ago), so not sure which one took most of my pain away but I am feeling alot better now.

Just be prepared that it takes glucosamine a month or two to really start working. It will help you a ton.

Ya, I think it was my test that helped me. Very happy with it.

post up your diet and body fat % I bet you would benefit from a low glycemic diet that would get rid of inflammation which is causing your joints to hurt. A lot can ben accomplished through proper diet and nutrition. Yes aas has restorative properties and will alleviate joint discomfort and pain but wouldnt you want to have the correct diet for synergy?
