Just seeing what are my options. Not gonna lie, trying to find an easy fix with drugs because I don’t want to stop working out.- November 10, 2020 at 3:32 am

It’s probably best to stop working out all together and wait till it heals but I think I don’t have to just yet. Like I said I’ll be seeing doc and hopefully find out soon exactly what’s really happening.Yup, you are being unwise to cycle. 20 to 30 rep sets ? Your not building anything, just hurting yourself. I know it’s tough to accept, I had my bicep tendon torn and reattached so I understand the phsychology behind not wanting to accept that you need to stop and heal. We all go through it, good luck.

I belive that would be true if I was natty but when you’re on roids it will work.

If you decide to keep going keep going just keep the workouts low impact on the shoulders stay away from benchpress with a bar, front raises and use free weights as much as possible concentrating on form- November 10, 2020 at 8:14 am

I do wish you the best but unless you are going for a total cutter cycle, I just don’t see it being productive. I wish you the best and hope you get squared away.

What kind of doctor did you go see? You need to see an orthopaedic specialist and schedule an MRI if it doesn’t get any better soon. And by doing dips and heavy bench it’s NOT GOING TO GET BETTER any time soon. Injuries need time to heal. And shoulders in particular take a while to heal up. If it hurts stop.

I know everybody says that you need to go heavy for growth but I don’t believe that’s true. By doing high reps I will still create miBamb tears and because of fast recovery thanks to roids, muscle will grow.
