I have been supplementing my TRT with a little Dbol for about a week. I have been using 20 mg daily. 10 in the AM and 10 in the PM. So far so good but Im wondering if I should go 30 mg daily? I have an ample amount and am planning on a 30 day duration. I train on a 6 day split as Im trying to train as many days as I can while Im on, also its hard for me to stay out the gym lol.
I think dbol only has a half life of like 4-6 hours so I’d pop 10mg every 5hrs so you have stable blood levels . If u start getting more headaches or something just lower the dose
I don’t see a reason why you shouldn’t push it to 30 but I also don’t see a reason for you to push it to 30 if you’re on trt. I would say to keep it at 20
