    Hey guys I’ve been reading about the use of Cle and t3 (together) in a cycle of 42 days.

    Day 1 Clen 60mcg — 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 2 Clen 60mcg — 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 3 Clen 80mcg — 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 4 Clen 60mcg — 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 5 Clen 80mcg — 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 6 Clen 100mcg – 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
    Day 7 Clen 100mcg – 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
    Day 8 Clen 120mcg – 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
    Day 9 Clen 120mcg – 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)

    Now, I got a 18% BF, Ive been on diet for at least 25 weeks (1 cheat meal per week), eating around 5 o 6 meals per day (around every 3 or 4 hours between meals). My macro is around 55% protein, 30% carbo and 15% good fats. Daily intake calories now is around 2’000 kcal (excluding the protein powders)

    My current weight is around 83k, and my height is 1.72cm. So I’ve been thinking about use Clen and t3 but i got questions about it.

    1) First off, what test should i do before using T3 and cle?
    2) What are the long term side effects of it?
    3) is there any special brand that u guys reccomend?
    4) What do u think about the cycle that i wrote? is it good? Thats the cycle that my mate use to compete
    5) and how many weeks before competiting should i start the cycle?

    I dont really see the point in tapering

    Most users will plateau at a certain point with drugs (this can vary from person, to compound to dose and time)

    But lets say you start plateauing at day 30, then your lowering the dose? Whats the point?

    Chose a dose and stick with it all the way through

    Start low at the beginning and taper up so you can get used to it yes, tapering down at the end? Pointless imo

    Welcome to the forum!

    Before using those compounds one should have an full hormone panel and thyroid assay. As far as I’m aware there are no long term side effects from those compounds. I’d rather not get into brands because it’s a gray area. You can do your own research to find which is best. I don’t know you well enough to advise when to begin cutting. Anywhere from 8-12 weeks.

    IMO the cycle you proposed is a waste of time and money. The body produces about 25 μg/day of T3. So taking that amount will shut your natural production down for no benefit. There’s also no need to taper. I would never use T3 without a test base in order to prevent muscle catabolism. T3 affects fat cells at the same rate as muscle cells. This means that you will lose as much fat as muscle. Muscle tissue is more difficult and expensive to grow than fat. Clen dosage should be determined by body temp and side effects. It would make more sense to use clen for several weeks along with keto or two weeks on two weeks off.

    It’s odd that you’ve been dieting for over 6 months and still haven’t reached your goals. Seems like you have an issue with either training or diet.

    How can i do a test to prevent muscle catabolism?

    So in your opinion is better to use Clen and Keto instead of Clen and T3?

    Congrats on the weight loss. The thread attached below explains how test can be used to prevent muscle catabolism when taking T3. To be honest a cycle of T3 and test is a moderate to advanced cycle and not for beginners. Besides one’s BF should be at least 15% when using test. If not your risk of side effects greatly increases. IMO taking clen and T3 at the same time is a bad idea. That combination would surely make me hypertensive.

    Clen and keto work well together if your diet and training are in check. You should look into albuterol in place of the clen. They are similar compounds but albut has a shorter half life and less side effects. Both compounds are β2 agonists and up regulate receptors. This means they should be used on a cyclical cycle of two weeks on then two weeks off. Alternatively they can be used for constantly for several weeks along with keto. Ketotifen works to down regulate β2 receptors.

    While doing research you should also look into the ephedra/caffeine stack to help promote weight loss.

    I’ll try to do my research about albuterol to have a bettter picture of what i’ll use.

    But DO u know if albuterol or t3 / clen need a post cycle?
    and any idea where can i get it? is it online safe?

    None of those compounds require PCT.
