    Hi Guys

    I would like some advice please .
    I am 27 weight is 83kg 183pounds body fat at about 13 %
    My diet is pretty much dialed in
    I have been training for about 6 years clean .

    Wanna get a bit leaner and add some muscle but don’t wanna add to much weight so im considering the cycle any thoughts ?
    • Week 1-12 Testosterone – Enanthate : 250mg-500mg per week
    • Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
    • Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
    • Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
    • Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

    You NEED these.

    Plus you should add clomid to your pct. 100/50/50/50
    Nolvadex MAY be enough but ,for pct, more is better because you cant overrevover.

    Winstrol should be ED not EOD…

    No need for anything else than TEST, TIIEX, HCG and CLOMID&NOLVA pct as a first cycle IMO.

    1-12 test (400-500mg/week)
    1-12 adex 0.25mg eod and adjust
    1- until 4 days before PCT start run HCG at 250iu twice a week.

    14days after last E start PCT

    Clomid 75/50/50/25
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Clomid with nolvadex to help kick start hpta

    Adex/ldex/arimidex aromatise inhibitor to reduce estrogen

    Hcg keep the testes from atrophy

    Do what Born77 said please. Test only. You won’t be disappointed as long as training and nutrition are on point. If not, you’re wasting your money.

    First cycle ? Test only, 400 – 500mg wk You will see great results if the elements are on point. You’re at 13 % you say. Then unless getting show ready you can adark_sideeve your goal and be happy with out the Winstrol . And this comes from a guy who has always favored Winni. If you include it you should not dick around and plug in 50 mg ED. Then work that diet, shed your water with Cardio and you will see, yep you will see. ….paul74

    Well, it should be easy enough to drop some fat then gain a few lean lbs quite easily without gear. In fact, I’d argue that you are a little light to cycle and that your diet is on point.

    What exactly are your goals?

    What is your proposed diet to reach your goals?

    Testosterone Propionate (400 per week) for 8 weeks

    Week 9 clean then : Running Clomid and Nolvadex for 5 weeks after cycle

    Can this also work ?

    My goal / target is body fat below10 % and body weight of 80kg
    Diet 2800 cal a day
    Getting in about 240g protein
    Been training for about 6 years im at a piont now where it feels like i am stuck . i have tried diff training programs,diff ranges , super sets ect and it seems like im stuck .

    So by what i have read so far i am considering Testosterone Propionate (400 per week) for 8 weeks

    You are probably stuck because of your diet. To drop to 10% in theory you only need to drop 6lbs of fat. That is easily attained through diet, you just need to eat less.

    Can you post your actual diet an tell us how many g’s of carbs and fat too?

    This shows your not ready.
    You need to research every aspect of cycling and know what and why your putting things in your body.

    So research all the suggestions and come back with a new proposal.
