Hi i am going to be starting my first dianabol oral cycle, i was wondering if there was somthing wrong i am doing as i am starting on wednesday and was wanting some last minute tweaks sorry this may be in the wrong forum but there is alot of questions so i just put it under the general one.
So here is the schedule for taking my dianabol tabbs, is it better to take these all in one go on a morning or split them up?
Week (dianabol 10mg tabbs)
1- 20mg a day / 14 tabbs-400mg MT
2- 30mg a day / 21 tabbs-400mg MT
3- 30mg a day / 21 tabbs-400mg MT
4- 30mg a day / 21 tabbs-400mg MT
5- 20mg a day / 14 tabbs-400mg MT
6- 20mg a day / 14 tabbs-400mg MT
Total 105 tabbs
Is this PCT suitable, im purchasing this in a few weeks so there is room to change this, aswell i am not running any anti estrogen alongside the cycle, what would be recomended?
PCT ( Nolvadex )
60mg day 1
40 mg for 10 days
20mg for another 10 days
I am quite experienced in the gym but thought i would give this routine a try, would anyone disagree and offer any tweaks?
Workout schedule
Monday: Back/Shoulders
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Back/Shoulders
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Arms
Below are the vitamins and minerals which i have purchased, i know i take the flax seed oil with my protein as i have mentioned above but are the rest taken throuought the day or can they all be swallowed within a few hours of waking up?

Thank you for taking the time to read this and tweaking it up, there is no point in saying dont run a dianabol only cycle, or that i am too young, i am just looking for sound advice from people who have been there and done that.
