I have read some places that steroids usage can create more muscle cells etc, and give and advantage in many years after taking them if you compare to people who hasn’t done steroid cycles. What do you guys think? Have some of you noticed soemthing to this and what kind of steroids are we talking about?

Have you ever taken Igf yourself? I’ve read that athletes who have taken Epo and other AAS will have benefits in many years if you compare them to natural athletes and therefor many "experts" is saying that Athletes who have been caught in a drug test should be banned for life and not for only two years.

VERY mildly yes, but that would happen with heavy workouts anyway.

you are thinking IGF-1 and/or HGH, that will cause more tissue growth and in future bay add to genetic capabilities.

would still be years of use/cycles though in my op, for decent result.

Seems like a very good/dangerous and expensive drug. Thanks for the info. But what about Epo? It was actually Epo I first read about when it comes to long term effects.
