Thanks for clearing this up. I will definitely postpone me going on a cycle for atleast a couple years. I’ve been training for about 3-4 years, and it is very frustrating to not get the results you want. Recently, I noticed my scoliosis is coming back. This coupled with my knee tendinosis (degrading of the knee tendon) has made me search for anabolics to try to grow my tendons and muscles back to their norm. hGH and IGF-1 would surely help my knee recover quickly with a good training program and diet. But after all of this research lately, I think I’ll keep training with my 5×5 program and keep squatting. I’ll be back on this forum in a few years.
